The Cyrex team were contracted by Plarium to conduct White Box penetration testing on Mech Arena. Built on a custom engine and developed for mobile, both the live and gameplay services were in scope for our work.

Results
As always, it was a pleasure working with the Plarium team. And thanks to their choice for White Box testing, we were able to get a full deep-dive into their code and investigate for vulnerabilities. With this, we discovered multiple active vulnerabilities as well as weaker points in their security and code. The vulnerabilities were secured at the highest priority and we advised the Plarium team on how best to address the weaker points that could be targeted by hackers.
