About You

We're looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to step in as a true commercial partner and help drive our next phase of growth. With 450+ deals signed over the past four years and 50+ opportunities already in the pipeline for 2026, you'll have a strong foundation to build from. You're not looking for just a sales role - you're looking for impact. You've got a proven track record in business development within the tech space and you're comfortable navigating the complexity of our industries. Our clients don't just buy a service; they buy expertise, and you need to be able to speak their language. You're confident in the spotlight - whether that's engaging prospects on LinkedIn, representing Cyrex at industry events across Europe and beyond, or turning a conversation at a conference into a qualified opportunity. You understand the value of personal brand in B2B sales and you're happy to be a visible, credible face for Cyrex in the market. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, business development, or a consultative sales role in the technology sector
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrable examples
  • Experience selling into one or more of Cyrex's core verticals: Gaming, Entertainment, FinTech, HealthTech, or SaaS
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and client presentations
  • Confident and active presence on professional social media, with a willingness to engage leads, share insights, and build visibility for Cyrex online
  • Willingness to travel and represent Cyrex at in-person industry events throughout Europe and internationally
  • A natural networker who can convert event connections and conference conversations into pipeline
  • Highly organised with the ability to independently manage a complex, multi-stage pipeline
  • Working knowledge of security testing, software scalability, or software development lifecycles is a significant advantage
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
