Description
We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team in Rethymnon, Greece. You'll be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our security services.
This role bridges the gap between our technical teams and our clients, requiring both technical understanding and excellent relationship management skills.

Requirements
- 3+ years of account management or customer success experience in tech
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluent in English; Greek is a plus
